WORKING PATTERN:Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our hub locations.

This role is responsible for data extraction, transformation and reporting of our Colleague Propositions people data. These data insights will help us unpick business issues, spot emerging trends and opportunities to determine the shape of future Colleague Propositions.
Day to day:
- Takes responsibility for data extraction, transformation and business reporting.
- Can create engaging dashboards to present the data in a digestible manner.
- Supports team members analysing data and identifying insights to produce insights for management & executive-level decision-making, including data visualisation.
- Behaves with careful attention to details whilst conducting root-cause analysis and diagnosing pain points or inefficiencies in a wider system.
- Partners with our Data Hub to support the broader Data strategy and enable insight-led decision-making.
- Supports the delivery of required outcomes for fulfilling People & Places (HR) Strategic Priorities', 'Colleague Experiences' and business plans.
- Invests in the growth of personal capabilities.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Workday Prism or SQL: Proficient in using SQL or Workday Prism for data extraction and transformation. Ability to create and manage data sets, calculated fields, and custom metrics within SQL or Workday Prism. Skill in designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports to showcase HR metrics. Experience in integrating data from various sources for comprehensive analysis.
- Data Analysis: Proficient in data analysis, interpretation, and manipulation to provide valuable insights.
- Communication:Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving & Curiosity: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex reporting challenges.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
