Job description

The Colleague Success Specialist is responsible for operationally supporting and developing the skills of Verastar’s Onboarding & Provisioning Experts, Specialists and Advisors. The role will require strong collaboration with Internal teams to aid development of our colleagues. The role is vital in ensuring the team are set up for success and capable to deliver the team goals.

Responsibilities of the role

  • Successfully coach and develop team members to achieve their personal targets in line with KPI’s.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance to identify trends in the department and prioritise where immediate intervention is required.
  • Monitor customer sentiment, providing insight into issues that are occurring and working with the entire team to identify how to adapt to trends and issues.
  • Engage in live and recorded call listening providing real-time coaching to advisors. This would be primarily centred around new recruits.
  • Ensure all activity complies with regulatory standards, GDPR and quality policies.

Experience

  • A successful track record of working in a high-volume B2B technical support or provisioning team as an advisor, coach or manager.
  • Experience of coaching a team through a period of significant change, whilst maintaining and improving customer satisfaction levels.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the regulatory requirements impacting B2B organisations.

Skills

  • The drive, curiosity and determination to support colleagues and resolve customer issues, making it easy for our customers to deal with us.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with an ability to adapt communication styles to individual customers and colleagues.
  • A proactive approach to change.
