Job description

As a Contact Centre Agent, you will be responsible for handling outbound calls to collect overdue payments. To be successful you will quickly determine and understand the needs of our customers and help them reach the best and fairest resolution for their circumstances.

Working in a team of 15 specialists you’ll collaborate and share best practice techniques to help you to build your problem solving and negotiation skills even further. Demonstrating expert listening and questioning skills, you’ll support our customers by providing help them on the road to financial recovery.

To help launch your career in financial services we’ll provide you with one to one support and your training will be working side by side with an experienced agent. Following the completion of your probation we’ll help you to develop your skills even further and for those who want to progress, create the right opportunities. And with over 95% of our Team Managers made up of Contact Centre Agents we’re keen in identifying talented people and helping them move to the next level.

This role would suit someone from a call centre background.

Working hours Friday 12pm- 8pm, Saturday 8am until 7pm, Sunday 10am – 1pm,

You will have an hour break on the Friday and Saturday making the hours a 20 hour working week.
