Adecco are proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client based in Wrexham for a Collections Advisor to join a friendly and supportive team on a permanent basis due to expansion.
Reporting to the Collections Manager, this role will administer the day to day management, collection and chasing of outstanding invoices within a fast paced team. The role will be responsible for updating and maintaining the debit management and ledger systems.
Salary - £25,000
Hours - Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5pm
Location - Wrexham Industrial Estate
Office based - full time onsite working due to nature of the role

Key requirements for the role
- Ability to use systems well - IT Literate, bespoke database (in-house), word, excel, outlook etc.
- Experience of working within a busy collections or debit management environment
- Experience and knowledge of credit control systems
- Self-motivated, thick skinned, confident negotiator
- Good communicator (both verbally and written) and ability to communicate on all levels
- Good Organisation Skills (Ability to Prioritise)
- The successful candidate will have recent experience of working within a busy collections or debit management environment
- Experience working within a fast paced credit control environment
- Strong ability to develop effective working relationships, and have a confident approach to pricing
