 Debt recovery £21,000 - £25,000 (plus bonus) - Fully remote

My client, based in Northampton, are looking to expand their existing teams. Hybrid and remote opportunities are available.

The role:

Answering high volume calls (inbound and outbound)
Negotiating payments on debts owed.
Logging accurate information on each call.
Liaising with enforcement agents

Must have:

Call handling skills
Ability to remain calm and in control
Be target driven
Organised
Team player
Excellent mathematical skills

You must be able to travel to Northampton for a weeks training - travel/hotel/food paid for
