About the role:
- Ballymena
- 36 hours per week (1 day hybrid working available)
- £23.67 ph
- Until September 2024 (possibility of extension)
Duties will include:
- Financial analysis and recording
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Regulatory compliance
- Auditing
- Payroll
- Collaboration and communication
Criteria:
Must have successfully completed the professional examinations and be a full member of one of the following bodies:
- The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland;
- The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Scotland;
- The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales;
- The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants;
- The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants; or
- The Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy.
- Must have a minimum of three years post qualification (membership) experience in a finance function, including responsibility for preparation of annual financial statements and liaison with audit.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including strong negotiation and influencing skills. Proven track record of leading a successful team.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage complex financial matters
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and achieve agreed targets.
- Proven ability to analyse information, agree solutions and communicate these effectively.
