As Commercial Account Executive, your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the insurance process.
- Analysing client insurance needs and risk exposures, recommending appropriate coverage options and solutions tailored to their specific requirements.
- Negotiating insurance terms and premiums with underwriters on behalf of clients, ensuring competitive pricing and comprehensive coverage.
- Maintaining accurate client records and documentation, including policy information, endorsements, and claims history.
- Actively managing renewals and policy endorsements, proactively identifying opportunities for coverage enhancements or cost savings.
- Collaborating closely with Account Executives and Producers to develop comprehensive insurance programs and strategies that align with client objectives.
- Staying informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to provide informed guidance and advice to clients.
- Extensive experience in commercial insurance brokerage, with a focus on client service and account management.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and coverages, including property, liability, workers' compensation, and specialty lines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build long-term relationships with clients and underwriters.
- Proficient in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
