Commercial Operations Executive

Due to expansion my client is looking for an organised, efficient candidate to assist the commercial department in ensuring business objectives are achieved.

In summary you will be responsible for:
Client Relationship Management –
- Liaise with clients to identify requirements and provide solutions.
- Maintain and develop relationships with both key clients and new business leads to maximise opportunities and increase client loyalty.
- Manage all operational aspects of air charters from enquiry through to completion of the trip.
- Ensure invoices are raised correctly.
Flight Quoting and Booking
- Negotiate with clients to produce the best value for the company and airline partner.
- Follow up regularly and work towards booking confirmation.
- Ensure all contracts, insurance and regulatory matters are accurate and legally compliant.
Business / Sales Development
- Identify new opportunities to grow the business in new and existing markets.
- Calling prospective clients with a view of generating new business and follow up leads provided.
Candidates need:
- Knowledge or a passion for all things aviation/aircrafts
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Good with planning and organisation
- Be a problem solver with good decision-making skills
- Flexible, calm, and positive
- A strong team player
- A high level of administrative skills
- Goal focused.
