THE OPPORTUNITY:
Join a prestigious Chartered insurance brokerage with over 45 years of industry experience, currently expanding their team of Commercial Account Handlers. With a rich legacy spanning over four decades, our client prides themselves on delivering exceptional service and fostering professional growth within their team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide exemplary broking services, ensuring exceptional customer service and positive outcomes for clients.
• Cultivate strong working relationships with brokers, insurers, and service providers.
• Negotiate with insurers to secure optimal terms for clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
• Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues constructively, collaborating with team leaders and management.
• Support business placement strategies, adhering to broking team standards, and seeking efficiencies across operations.

PERSON:

• Ideal candidates will have experience in an insurance broking capacity with knowledge of Commercial Insurance.
• GCSE or equivalent education required, with A Level or degree-level qualifications preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office required; prior experience with broking software preferred.
• Strong negotiation and influence skills essential for dealings with insurers and brokers.
