Due to the expansion of the leisure division, they are seeking a dynamic, and experienced Commercial Account Handler to join their ambitious team! This role is based centrally in Gloucester in a lovely vibrant office working with a close-knit team with some of the best long-standing experience.
- Collaborate with Regional Account Managers and Account Executives to understand client needs and develop effective insurance solutions.
- Assist in the renewal process, including gathering client information, preparing submissions, and negotiating terms with insurers to achieve renewal retention targets.
- Process Mid-Term Adjustments as required.
- Work closely with peers to maintain accurate client records, process policy endorsements, and handle day-to-day client inquiries.
- Support the development of new business opportunities and contribute to achieving growth targets within the division.
- Build strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Working closely with Account Executives and clients, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Commercial Accounts, ensuring that their insurance needs are met effectively and efficiently.
What will you need-
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner.
- Ambitious and eager to learn and grow within the organisation.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
