With some highly ambitious growth plans our client has seen tremendous growth, and we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Insurance/ Renewal Account Handler. This fantastic opportunity is based in Andover.
Your Role: Commercial Insurance/ Renewal Account Handler
As a key player in the team of 15, you’ll manage the renewal process for the commercial clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and processing commercial insurance renewals.
- Liaising with clients and insurers to gather necessary information.
- Reviewing policy terms and negotiating renewals.
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing client queries.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation.

To be successful in this role, you will require-
- 2 years of experience in commercial insurance, particularly in handling renewals.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work well within a team and independently.
- A proactive and customer-focused approach.
- Knowledge of Acturis.
