- A meticulous approach to managing and processing policy adjustments, renewals, and new business inquiries.
- Competency in navigating and utilising industry-specific software, alongside a strong aptitude for learning new systems.
- A commitment to professional development, evidenced by progress towards or completion of CII qualifications (or equivalent).
