Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify improvement opportunities, suggesting viable solutions to enhance client satisfaction and cost efficiency.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, meeting clients' needs swiftly and effectively to secure new business.
- Accurately assess client requirements, providing quotations and recommending products that fulfil their needs.
- Ensure all product information is transparent, allowing customers to make informed decisions.
- Calculate new business premiums according to carrier guidelines or coordinate with insurers directly for bespoke solutions.
- Maintain prompt and efficient communication via phone and email, ensuring all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Uphold compliance standards in all activities, focusing on customer fairness, contract certainty, and support for vulnerable customers.
- Follow company policies and procedures diligently.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in an insurance brokerage environment.
- Cert CII qualification is beneficial.
- Deep understanding of insurance law, contract obligations, and product knowledge.
- Analytical thinker with exceptional judgement, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using the internet for research.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A highly accurate and articulate individual with excellent numerical skills.
