My client is a privately owned construction maintenance business, specialising in housing and local authority works.

With a t/o approaching £40m, a very busy pipeline of work, and considerable framework success, my client is currently expanding their Suffolk office.
They require a Commercial Administrator to join their team.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Regional Director and be able to manage all aspects of maintenance commercial administration.
As the department grows there is much scope for this role to progress into a full Quantity Surveying role or provide full support to a surveying team in line with expansion.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of the Housing Maintenance sector and understand the commercial requirements of a regional construction company.
