Duties:
- Support with Checking purchase order details, with great attention to detail.
- Support with updating SAGE accounts, raising direct sales invoices, direct credit notes, pro-forma invoices
- Maintaining billing forecast file. This includes uploading shifts excel sheet using V Look ups, uploading Live List status excel sheet using V Look ups, data entry and pivot tables.
- Entering sales invoicing on the Minor and FIS billing register, ensuring all data is correct.
- data analysis collation.
- Checking job folders have the up-to-date commercial information, such as purchase order, commercial sign off document, sales invoices.
- General liaising with the commercial team and contract managers and the finance team.
Key Skills
- 1 year+ experience in a similar type of role
- Expert Excel Skills, V-Look ups, Pivot Tables, Confident user of all Microsoft office suite
- Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
- Tenacity to deal with challenges with a swift resolution
