Day to day responsibilities

• Attend and conduct Commercial Property Market Appraisals with Vendors and Landlords and ultimately win the business.
• Attend Commercial Property viewing's and provide feedback to clients and our wider team.
• Negotiate detailed Heads of Terms between parties ultimately securing Sales and letting's of client's commercial premises.
• Be proactive in developing new client relationships and pitching for new business opportunities.
• Use the latest Commercial Real Estate CRM's to create marketing campaigns for business / investment properties.

Required skills and qualifications

• Previous Property / Estate Agency experience (Commercial Property Agency experience desirable however not essential).
• The ability to build great relationships and rapport with customers.
• Drive and determination with plenty get up and go and deliver with pace, passion, and enthusiasm!
• The ability to face challenges head on and be focussed on turning the ordinary into "extraordinary".
• Work efficiently and effectively within a team.
• High personal and moral standards.
• Social media savvy.
• A car owner with a full driving licence.
