We are currently seeking a Solicitor, ideally with a minimum of 3 years PQE, to expand our busy Commercial and Agricultural Property Team. This is a varied and interesting role and an excellent opportunity to join a well-established team where you will advise a wide range of clients and manage a caseload with minimum supervision.
You will have sound knowledge of all areas of Commercial and Agricultural Property work including buying and selling farms and estates, agricultural tenancies and easements, leasehold and freehold acquisitions; commercial leases, agreements, disposals and redevelopments; Commercial Property development work; financial property matters.
We require someone self-motivated with excellent communication skills and a keen interest in being involved in marketing initiatives in order to develop your client base.
You will also have sound IT skills, in particular Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. Experience of using a legal Case Management system would be an advantage but is not essential.
