We are recruiting for a Qualified Corporate and Commercial Solicitor to join an established Law firm in Maidstone. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor to join an established Law firm with excellent opportunities for career progression.
What are the day-to-day duties of the Solicitor role?
• Managing varied Commercial and Corporate matters.
• Dealing with Joint Ventures, Disposals, Mergers and Acquisitions, Commercial Agreements.
• Preparing, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.

Requirements Skills and Qualifications
• Qualified Solicitor (NQ Solicitor to 5 years of PQE) with experience in Commercial and Corporate matters.
• Excellent communication skills
