Commercial and Performance Analysis Lead/ Fawley Southampton / £55,400 - £75,000 GBP per annum
10 Months Maternity cover contract

Our client, a leading Oil and Gas organisation are seeking a Commercial and Performance Analysis Lead, you will be responsible for leading our Commercial team, Maintenance Analysts, and LODC within the Site Commercial Group. Your primary objective will be to drive world-class transactional efficiency by implementing standard Purchase to pay (PtP) processes, ensuring compliance with controls, and minimising contract leakage. Additionally, you will provide expertise in PtP processes, support contract conformance, and promote improvement through collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the group to achieve world-class transactional efficiency by defining and implementing standard Purchase to pay processes.
  • Drive consistent application of key PtP controls requirements.
  • Define and execute field checks to steward application of key contract terms and minimise contract leakage.
  • Provide PtP process Centre of Expertise for all site users.
  • Ensure timely entry of maintenance-related materials/services into the system and facilitate planning-related documentation.
  • Lead the Maintenance Analyst team for the development and delivery of monthly OPEX reporting and other maintenance-related analysis.

Ideal Person:

  • Proven experience in managing teams, along with strong leadership skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel is essential.
  • Working knowledge of maintenance & turnaround contract technical disciplines
  • Familiarity with facility-related regulatory requirements and Client expectations including OIMS and CIMS requirements is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Purchase to pay (Pt.) processes and controls.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in leading teams and driving process improvements.
  • Proficiency in SAP or other relevant software is preferred.
