Despite the current subdued state of the conveyancing market, which is experiencing a decrease in nationwide transactions, our client’s property work is on an upward trajectory. Expecting a substantial increase in the volume of conveyancing cases they manage over the next 6 to 12 months. Consequently, introducing an additional role to accommodate this anticipated growth.

Acting for property investors and developers has emerged as the fastest-growing niche for the Firm and they foresee a substantial increase in the team's workload over the next five years in this particular area. This entails catering to a diverse range of investors and developers across England and Wales, with some focusing on Residential Property and others on commercial real estate. Having exposure to this nature of work is an essential requirement.
