The successful candidate will also have at least 4 years’ solid experience of Commercial Property and some exposure to Residential Conveyancing, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a pressurised environment.
Despite the current subdued state of the conveyancing market, which is experiencing a decrease in nationwide transactions, our client’s property work is on an upward trajectory. Expecting a substantial increase in the volume of conveyancing cases they manage over the next 6 to 12 months. Consequently, introducing an additional role to accommodate this anticipated growth.

Having exposure to this nature of work is an essential requirement.
