Commercial Bid Manager
Are you an experienced Commercial Bid Manager / Commercial Contracts Manager with strong risk management and proposal leadership experience? Do you have extensive experience working on complex contractual agreements, proposals and negotiating contracts? Do you want to work for a growing global business that are going through an exciting transitional change? Are you looking to work with global blue chip companies and take on a challenging and varied position with plenty to get your teeth stuck into?
If so, we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Bid Manager on a permanent basis for a company that supply globally specialising the design and manufacture of bespoke mechanical equipment to join their growing commercial team based out of their brand new office.

Essential Requirements / Experience:

·Must have experience producing / reviewing complex contractual agreements & proposal development

·The successful candidate will have extensive experience with commercial contracts / customer terms and conditions (Reviewing, analysing, drafting, negotiating and finalising contracts / customer terms and conditions)

·Must have excellent communication, time management and organisational skills

·This person would ideally have an Engineering / Manufacturing / Production background

·£55,000 - £65,000 per annum (DOE)

·4 Days on site / 1 day working from home

·Based near Poole

The Role

This role is a perfect opportunity for a Commercial Bid Manager tojoin a rapidly growing design and manufacturing firm with a busy workload and large investment input.

·The successful candidate will be working in a medium sized team taking on the responsibility for managing the commercial process from bidding through to completion

·Working on customer contracts / customer terms and conditions - Reviewing, analysing, drafting, negotiating and finalising contracts / customer terms and conditions

·       We are looking for someone to be involved in cost and bid compilation for winning bids, reviewing and drafting contractual documentation and negotiating in accordance with corporate policy and applicable legal requirements.

·This will be a very varied role working on variety of different contracts for multiple global customers
