This company specialise in providing a range of construction and maintenance services to their private and public sector clients. They workout through the whole lifecycle of projects from housing developments to M+E services. Having grown over the past few years and having a strong order book, they are now looking to recruit a Commercial Building Technician to join their growing team.
This role will be working within the repairs to support a variety of the companies clients. Your responsibilities will include: evaluating different forms of work and integrated into schedule of rates to be raised to the client, develop a strong understanding of company and client operating procedures, raise relevant invoices, ensure data and documentation is analysed and correct, prepare and submit valuations, liaise effectively with internal and external candidates.
This role would therefore ideally suit an individual with strong technical knowledge and experience within the construction sector. You will have a proven track record of effectively managing processes, communicating with clients and showcasing attention to detail. With the position being office based, being within a commutable distance to the office is essential. The successful candidate will have the desire to upskill themselves and progress their career within a growing business.
