Commercial Claims Handler - Chippenham
Our client is a successful insurance broker based in the Chippenham area. An exciting position has arisen within their team to deal with a range of personal and Commercial Claims from a range of clients. If you have claims handling experience and insurance knowledge this is a great opportunity for you.
The successful candidate must have:
- Good administration and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Acturis experience would be desirable
- Minimum 5 GCSE’s grade 4-9 to include English & Maths.
- Computer literate with experience of MS office applications.
- Good communication skills and customer service experience is essential. We require
- someone who is confident when dealing with clients, Insurers, and colleagues.
THE ROLE
- To actively manage all claims handling functions
- To provide a comprehensive claims service to all PSP offices
- Act as a primary contact point for claims queries from clients and Insurers
- To negotiate best possible claims outcome for all PSP clients
- Contribute to customer satisfaction.
- Settle claims within agreed timescales.
- Maintain service levels according to office procedure.
- Effective liaison with Account Executives and Account Handlers
