Commercial co-ordinator/surveyor

Commercial coordinator/surveyor required by Housing maintenance contractor based in Edinburgh. The company specialises in planned and reactive maintenance in occupied and void properties working with some of the most prestigious housing associations in the Lothians.
Due to continuous growth and an increasing workload, they have created a new role to support the operational management team. The main duties would involve pricing projects using a schedule of rates and following up with clients and operational teams to ensure that projects are being completed in line with budgets/costs agreed.
The successful individual will have worked in a similar role or could be an experienced contracts/site supervisor from a trades background who has experience working within the housing maintenance sector pricing projects using a schedule of rates.
On offer is an attractive salary, £45k to £52k depending on experience, a car allowance, flexible working, and an excellent pension scheme.
