Location: Chessington Surrey (Hybrid role)
Salary: Up to GBP28k plus bonus and benefits
Responsibilities:
- Support the Health & Beauty Commercial Team.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Data Management Suite, facilitating communication between the department and suppliers.
- Execute reporting and administrative duties regularly.
- Oversee a selection of named Health & Beauty manufacturers to enhance sales through promotional plans and achieve margin and income targets.
- Manage suppliers to develop a market-leading range selection, implement competitive pricing, and oversee the product life cycle.
Requirements:
- Health & Beauty knowledge is advantageous.
- Proficient in IT skills, including Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Understanding of price and margin management.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills to recognize performance indicators and present findings with actionable recommendations.
