Our valued client is a leading healthcare organization driving growth in their domain. They are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Commercial Director to lead their team in West Sussex. The successful candidate must demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare sector and be able to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Respiratory experience or Hospital sales of a large / complex service
- LARGE NHS experience, selling complex services, being involved in large tender processes.
- Experience with development of a team and bringing a team up with them for sales etc.
- NHS and Private clinic contacts.
- Strong network of high level clinicians, NHS contacts and relevant others
- Entrepreneurial mindset
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and manage growth incorporating sales, marketing, business development and contract management activities
- Lead a team with your entrepreneurial skills and attitude. - Develop and implement commercial strategy
- Actively participate and contribute in the executive team
- Develop and implement commercial goals
- Ensure successful achievement of commercial and marketing goals
- Incorporate new business strategies, planning and delivering marketing.
Requirements for the Commercial Director
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Healthcare sector
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to drive growth.
- Ability to travel across UK, Ireland & EU
