The firm are a leading national law firm who are exceptionally busy and enjoy a formidable local and national reputation. The department are well known for the high quality and extremely high profile work they deal with, acting for a wide range of clients based across the UK and internationally, including several household-name corporates.
Working alongside Legal 500 rated Partners, you will be involved in high value and complex disputes/projects such as:
- Contractual disputes
- Sale and Purchase Agreement disputes, including warranty claims
- Energy related disputes
- International arbitration
- Enforcement of restrictive covenants
- Injunctive relief
- Professional negligence
- Shareholder disputes
- Civil fraud claims
- Insolvency litigation
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, hardworking and self-motivated solicitor who can demonstrate excellent legal capability with strong attention to detail. The successful candidate should be willing and able to quickly immerse themselves in a varied and interesting caseload.
