The firm acts for a broad range of clients from HNW entrepreneurs and SMEs through to international businesses including those listed on AIM and the FTSE250.
The firm is in expansion mode, fuelled by stable turnover and profit, with Commercial Disputes being a core area of expansion and to leverage existing relationships.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of advising on matters including shareholder and partnership disputes, breach of contract, negligence and fraud and IP among others. Cross border experience will be advantageous.
