We have an exciting new opportunity to work with one of the top insurance brands in the UK, who is currently seeking a Commercial Underwriter. This brand sets the standards that others strive to achieve. Our client is looking for a customer obsessed, team player, who is dedicated to delivering a fantastic service and supporting the delivery of the e-trade strategy.
Reporting into the Underwriting E-Trading Manager you will be part of the team that are accountable for the underwriting of the volume Professions and Speciality Commercial Broker business. The team embody e-trade, speciality, new business, existing business and referrals. You will be supporting the supply of the UK e-trade strategy for the clients brokers and be involved with the e-trade roadmap and business plans.
What you'll do:
Detect and produce efficiency gains for the organisation and their brokers
Support central broker migrations with underwriting and system expertise
Support business testing on the Acturis platform
Look for ways to perfect the success of the customer journey
Underwriting triage of migration books with key milestones and deadlines
Experience needed:
Experience working in e-trade in the commercial product space.
Experience using the Acturius system or similar
