Are you a recently accredited Non Domestic Energy Assessor looking to gain your first piece of industry experience and receive industry leading training?
Do you have previous experience as an Energy Assessor or Surveyor looking for a rewarding role that offers you a clear route to chartership?
On offer is a great opportunity to join a well established company that invest in their staff, offering further training and development to support with your personal progression. They are now looking to double in size in the next 5 years and looking for someone to support with the business goals and eventually progress within their company.
This Company provide a wide range of building compliance and energy assessment services to businesses across the whole of the UK with a big focus on sustainability. Due to their growth they are now looking to take on a qualified NDEA and support with training in this role.
In this role you will be covering the North West, where you travel from home to site to undertake surveys for commercial properties to evaluate the building energy efficiency. You will then produce EPC and other reports based on your findings and consult with the client. This role will offer training and clear career progression.
The Role:

• Survey commercial properties across the North West
• Produce EPC and reports based on your findings
• Consult with the client

The Candidate:

• Accredited Non Domestic Energy Assessor
• Experienced DEA or Surveyor
• Looking to gain training and experience as a NDEA
• Full UK driving licence and vehicle
