The Opportunity
My client are seeking to bring on board an experienced and successful Account Executive to join their already successful team in Belfast. This candidate will be looking after a set of key clients, meaning they will not be targeted on new business. This successful person must be an experienced Executive with a good background in account management.
Core elements of the role will include:
- Proactively service existing book of business
- Nurturing existing clients to ensure high retention and referral rates
- Networking both online and in person and growing relationships with key prospects
- Working with a dedicated team of support staff who will handle the administrative burden
- Managing your time to maximise profitability whilst achieving a balance that works for you
The candidate
The ideal candidate for the Commercial Account Executive role should be:
- An experienced Commercial Account Executive already working in the field – 3+ years experience
- Able to demonstrate a genuine track record of success as evidenced by current and past performance
- Capable of working without supervision and able to excel when given autonomy
- Experienced within public liability insurance
- Driven to achieve the highest levels of success, and to exceed rather than simply meet targets
- A relationship builder, able to build trust and win business
- Comfortable with taking on responsibility and eager to take on responsibility for their own career
