We work in social housing sector and provide reactive repairs for local authorities and housing associations.
We are looking to recruit an experienced Vinyl Floor Layer(flat lay and cap/cove)to work across Hertfordshire (mainly but not limited to Watford, Hemel Hempstead, St Albans).
We are looking for an individual who lives locally and is willing to travel between these sites.
There is a requirement to work some nights where wards cannot be closed during the day and a week s notice will be given for this.

The role is to -
- Carry out property repairs and maintenance works social housing and NHS hospitals
- Working to Scope of Works on PDA for each job
Requirements for Job:
Full driving license
Own tools
Time served or qualifications
Experience of working in social housing and/or NHS hospitals
DBS certificate (issued no earlier than 2022)
Working nights is sometimes required
