Join our dynamic facilities maintenance team based in Warwickshire, where we specialize in providing comprehensive services to commercial, education, and healthcare sectors. We are currently seeking a skilled Commercial Gas Engineer to join our team. With a focus on planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance, this role offers excellent earning potential and opportunities for personal and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine PPM and reactive maintenance tasks on Commercial Gas systems within various sectors, including commercial, education, and healthcare.
- Diagnose and repair faults on gas appliances and systems, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Respond promptly to client call-outs and emergencies, providing efficient and effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of work undertaken, including service reports, maintenance logs, and certification.
- Utilize company van for personal use, with fuel card provided, and receive paid door-to-door travel after the first 30 minutes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Gas Engineer, with a track record in commercial, education, and healthcare sectors.
- All relevant and up-to-date qualifications, including Commercial Gas ACS, Gas Safe registration, and relevant NVQ or equivalent.
- Strong technical knowledge of Commercial Gas systems, appliances, and associated equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving license.
