Our client is a leading food manufacturer within its categories, and with an enviable customer list including the major supermarkets as well as the convenience and foodservice channels. The company’s history since its start up has been an exciting adventure, leading up to the company’s current position as one of the country’s leading food producers.
The future looks every bit as exciting as the past, and they are now looking for the next generation of senior commercial managers to take the company into that very bright future.
Your first two years would be spent supporting senior managers in the management of some of the company’s leading retail accounts, however it is anticipated that as you grow in experience and ability that you would be looking to move into a full commercial / account management role of your own, with full responsibility for your own portfolio of customers. It’s critical however that you can bring energy and enthusiasm to this role, and in return the company offer unrivalled prospects for personal growth and career progression.
It would be ideal if you already had some commercial or sales experience, although this is not absolutely essential as your attitude and potential are the most important attributes
You’ll need to be fully conversant with Excel and Office, and if you hold a degree then so much the better ( but not essential ).
You should ideally live along the M62 corridor between Leeds and Manchester. ( including both of those cities ).
