Commercial Insurance Accounts Executive

Forward thinking insurance firm based in Ilford, are recruiting for an Operations Director/Accounts Executive to join their growing firm. This company pride themselves on providing insurance at an affordable price, taking the time and hassle out of arranging cover.

They provide a wide range of insurance cover for these different industries

They are looking for an experienced and ambitious individual with Accounts Executive or operations director experience looking to further their career, and this firm can provide that platform

Financial Management:

Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the firm, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Accounts Management:

Manage client financial relationships, including billing, invoicing, and collections.

Review client financial data and provide strategic advice and recommendations to improve financial performance and achieve business objectives.

Operations Management:

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective business operations.

Oversee the administration of insurance policies, claims processing, and customer service activities to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of accounting and operational professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to help them excel in their roles.

Foster a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the accounting and operations teams.

Strategic Planning:

Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and achieve organizational objectives.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency to enhance the overall performance of the firm.

• CeMAP, CII, qualifications are preferred but not essential
• Accounts executive or operations director experience is essential
• UK citizen
• No requirement for sponsorship
• Able to commute to Ilford

• Salary dependent on experience - will be in the £50k region
• Standard Sick pay
