TN Recruits are currently working on behalf of an esteemed client, a company renowned for its commitment to delivering the highest levels of professional and personal service.
As a Commercial Insurance Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in generating revenue and driving the profitability of the business.
Your key duties will include:
* Demonstrate precision, efficiency, and professionalism when engaging with clients and insurers, managing all associated administrative tasks including new business, renewals, mid-term adjustments, claims, queries, premium financing arrangements etc.
* Maintain a consistently high level of customer service
* Handle complaints in accordance with regulatory requirements
* Uphold full compliance with FCA regulations and adhere to company procedures
* Actively participate in learning, training, and assessment exercises
Ideally, you will have previous experience working as an Account Handler in a similar broking environment and be familiar with the high standards of FCA compliance. Also, a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and meeting client needs is a MUST.
Location: Westerham
Salary: £30,000
Hours: 9am - 5.30pm, Monday - Friday
Hybrid role: 1 day per week in the Westerham office
