SalaryService Care Legal are currently working alongside a government body, located in Bristol, which is in need of a skilled Commercial Lawyer to join their team.
ROLE: Commercial Lawyer
LOCATION: Bristol - hybrid working
CONTRACT: 6 months
RATE: £270per day
Responsibilities:
- Conduct both contentious and non-contentious work
- Work in procurement law and advise on contractual litigation and contractual disputes
- Advise on contractual interpretation, data protection and Freedom of Information requests
- Prepare and advise on grants and funding agreements, Collaboration Agreements and Memorandum of Understandings
Requirements:
- Qualified Lawyer with experience in public law, contract law, procurement, grants and funding
- Ability to advise on contractual interpretation, data protection and Freedom of Information requests
- Experience in preparing and advising on grants and funding agreements, Collaboration Agreements and Memorandum of Understandings
- Ability to advise on contractual litigation and contractual disputes
- Experience in managing a range of valued claims including Small Claims and Multi-Track high value disputes
