Your new role
This commercial solicitor role is a strategic appointment for the firm. Joining a busy and growing department, this position will see you handle the full range of commercial work. This will include commercial contracts, outsourcing and franchising agreements as well as IP and IT matters. You will also provide data protection advice. The firm has an excellent client base.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a Commercial Lawyer operating at Senior Associate or Legal Director level. There is no requirement for you to have a client following but you should have an appetite for and good business development skills.
