As a Commercial Litgation Associate you will be a key member of the Manchester team and will also work on matters from across our client's UK and international network.
Job Description
As a Commercial Litigation Associate you will manage and oversee diverse litigation cases dealing with issues such as drafting dispute resolution clauses during pre-contractual negotiations, through to obtaining emergency injunctions in situations where assets may be at risk, to litigating and arbitrating complex multi-jurisdictional disputes and enforcing judgments and awards and recovering assets.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Commercial Litigation Associate should have:
- 2- 6 PQE in Commercial Litigation work at a national or international law firm within the legal industry.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Outstanding research and analytical skills
