JOB TITLE: Commercial Litigation Lawyer (Team Manager Role)
PQE: 5+ PQE
LOCATION: Norwich
SALARY: £Competitive / dependent on experience
THE ROLE:
An interesting and unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lawyer to join this leading national practice in their Norwich office and lead and develop the litigation services team. The role will be varied and challenging and offer plenty of scope to play an integral role in future developments of the litigation services team. You will as the chosen Litigation Services Team Manager be expected to be involved in people management, work allocation financial management and business development. Workload is varied and covers the broad remit of general litigation support work.
THE CANDIDATE:
You will have at least 5 years PQE and an excellent working knowledge of litigation matters, previous supervisory and management experience. Self-motivated and excellent attention to detail, the appointed Litigation will also possess excellent business development skills along with the ability to liaise with commercial managers and heads of national service lines, planning and co-ordinating staff inductions as well as being able to take on new responsibilities and challenges.
