This forward thinking Legal 500 law firm, based in Bournemouth has a proven track record for success and is looking for a Partner level in its Dispute Resolution team, in this key placement due to succession planning. The firm has an ambitious strategy and a strong management team in an exciting growth stage, to give you the right support required to make this role a success. There is a very inclusive and transparent partnership to help drive the business forward.
You will be advising clients on a wide range of matters including commercial contract disputes, insolvency matters, professional negligence claims, corporate disputes, shareholder agreements and defamation cases across a variety of sectors including Financial Services, Retail and Transport.
You will come with excellent Commercial Litigation experience, supervision experience and strong business development skills to gain business.
Your role as a Commercial Litigation Partner will involve:
- To be able to lead and run transactions
- Build up the Dispute Resolution team
- Technical excellence
- Flexible hybrid working (office/remotely working from home)
