Individual:
They are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to contribute to its ongoing success. Ideal candidates should have a solid Commercial Litigation experience to support a broad range of clients. You’ll ideally be at Associate / Senior Associate or Director level with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualified experience (PQE).
Role:
You will have the opportunity to work with an exceptional mix of clients from a variety of sectors which primarily consist of small to medium-sized corporate entities to family run businesses. The Litigation department plays a crucial role in resolving disputes and navigating challenges inherent in the competitive commercial landscape.
Areas of focus include:
- Disputes with contractual counterparts
- Disputes involving business stakeholders such as directors, partners, and shareholders
- Landlord and tenant issues, as well as general property disputes
- Debt Recovery
- Insolvency-related disputes
- Intellectual property conflicts
As the successful candidate, you will work closely and collaborate with the current Directors to strengthen the department, so offering the successful applicant an excellent growth and career development opportunities.
