Calling all Commercial Litigation Lawyers… I am currently recruiting for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor for a well-ranked and impressive Law firm for their office based in Guildford. It provides a full range of services to individuals, businesses, and other organisations. The hub office is based in Guildford and houses the continually growing business law and specialist lending practices. The Role The position involves working on an incredible variety of interesting and complex work that will provide you with new knowledge and test your skills to encourage your own development. Advising and assisting clients will be a big part of the role as you will be seeking to offer the most appropriate solution for each client. Also, there could be some involvement of alternative forms of dispute resolution such as mediation. There is some travel involved in the role too, occasionally, heading into the Wimbledon office.
