An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor who is looking for a new and exciting challenge.

This well-established Berkshire law firm is looking for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its Commercial Litigation department.  The firm is well reputed and has a wealth of work due to its exceptional business contacts and current client base.  

This Newbury-based role as a Commercial Litigation Solicitor will include genuine prospects for Partnership in the medium to longer term.

The work is of exceptional quality and will include:

• Genuine career path for progression

• A varied and full Commercial Litigation caseload to include contract and shareholder disputes, landlord & tenant disputes, other general property litigation matters, debt recovery matters, breach of contract and negligence claims
