My client is an established law firm based in Dorset currently looking to grow its Commercial Litigation team due to an increase in workload.
As a 1+ year’s PQE Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will provide expert advice on all aspects of Commercial Litigation including acting on areas such as:
- General contractual, commercial disputes
- Professional negligence cases
- Property litigation
- Debt recovery
- Employment disputes
- Contentious probate disputes
You’ll have the support of the team to help with your development.
Your role as a Commercial Litigation Solicitor will involve:
- Being in a supportive team to help develop your career
- A variety of high net worth clients
- Active in business development, in gaining new clients, and growing your own caseload
