We are assisting this leading Devon firm in their recruitment for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their excellent Commercial Litigation team, based in Plymouth.
This Commercial Litigation Solicitor will work on a varied Commercial Litigation of property disputes, professional negligence, construction disputes and insolvency. You will manage your caseload from start to finish, including advocacy and ADR.
You will have atleast 2 years PQE in Commercial Litigation and be able to demonstrate experience of managing your own caseload.
