The MEP Senior Quantity Surveyorrole
Ideally, you'll;
- be a recognised Lead MEP QS withstrong commercial awareness with a focus on profit andcash
- have priorexperience with CM projects
- have experience managing a rangeof commercial aspects including procurement, tendering, contractadministration, variations and management of subcontract workspackages through to final account.
- be keen to minimise risk, cost andmaximise value by cost checking and analysis of labour, plant andmaterials.
- Broad construction industry experience covering many andvarious sectors and markets in commercial positions with industrymain contracting organisations
Yourprofile
- Extensive knowledge in managingMEP packages
- Pre contract through to post contractexperience
- Large scale major project experience / ConstructionManagement experience
- Strategy – Can disseminate abreadth of internal and external data and apply sound judgementregarding the strategic direction of thebusiness
- You will be degree qualified in QuantitySurveying/Commercial Management or a relatedsubject
