Commercial Operations Manager required in Warwickshire

• Salary circa £45,000, plus bonus 
• Not less than 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, office based
• Leading Automotive Garage Equipment Provider

Our client is a well-established, Midlands family run business, who are a leading specialists in their field. They are seeking a General Manager who will take responsibility for the overall running of the business, reporting into the Directors. This Commercial Operations Manager role within the organisation will require critical thinking and problem-solving skills, along with written and verbal communication expertise.
Commercial Operations Manager duties:

• Directly reporting to the Directors 
• Support & overall responsibility for a team of 10-15 people modelling a ‘can-do’ attitude 
• Strategic approach for all operations of the business, including sales, growth, quality and profitability 
• Overall Project success inc profitability & customer satisfaction 
• Create and deliver production strategies in line with business aspirations

Requirements in this Commercial Operations Manager role:

• Desirable Minimum 5 years' management experience within the Automotive / engineering sector
• Experienced in leading a team 
• Financial acumen 
• Pro-active & commercial awareness to be able to make the most of sales & business opportunities 
• Be a good communicator
• Confident IT skills 
• Man-management and team building skills/experience
