SalaryMansfield District Council is seeking an experienced team leader to oversee the Box Office and Front of House operations for Mansfield Palace Theatre and Mansfield Museum for a period of maternity cover.
You will be responsible for ensuring a safe, friendly, and efficient welcome for all visitors while taking a leading role in commercial initiatives.
The successful candidate will have experience in managing front line teams and commercial operations, preferably in a cultural or hospitality setting.
Knowledge of marketing and ticketing systems would be advantageous.
