Commercial Operations Manager - Construction Consultancy

Our client is a market leading and highly respected independent Construction Consultancy based in County Antrim. Due to their strategic and operational growth strategy and future business needs, they now wish to recruit a commercially focused Commercial/Operations Manager to help manage and grow the company to the next level and beyond.

As well as an excellent opportunity for an exceptional candidate to join the Consultancy at an exciting time in their growth, there will also be the opportunity for the successful candidate to become a shareholder/equity partner in the next 2-5 years.

BRIEF ROLE SUMMARY

·Understand and use the marketing strategy to drive growth.

·Monitor marketing metrics and performance to optimize strategies and achieve objectives.

·Management of projects and staff to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.

·Ability to identify and implementation digital solutions for optimizing operations, driving growth, and future-proofing.

·Ensure compliance with legal requirements, industry standards, and ISO certifications.

·Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and protocols to mitigate legal and compliance risks.

·Support the Director in implementing the company business plan, which includes expanding business capability

·You will support existing clients and develop new opportunities, alongside the expansion of team capabilities and capacity.

·Provide strong leadership to the consultancy team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

·Organise training programs for team members to enhance their technical skills, industry knowledge, and project management capabilities.

THE PERSON

·Educated to a degree level in a related discipline

·Minimum of 5 years’ post grad experience working in Ireland or UK-based Construction company or closely related Consultancy

·Excellent communication skills and motivational leader with a strong interest in training and developing people.

·Strong commercial focus and awareness and the drive to help grow the business.

SALARY

A highly attractive, market competitive salary and package will be on offer to the successful candidate. The base salary is negotiable and will depend on experience and what the person can bring to the role.

In addition, there will be an opportunity to earn a regular yearly performance bonus.
